Help build a charger?
People I know very little about electronics, but I hope someone can help me or tell me directly hello to some Resources. Basically what I need to construct a battery charger. I want the battery to be charged from a solar panel I attended with a USB connector. the batteries to be only small, as some AAS or something. the output for the performance is also a USB on my phone. So it would need 2 USB sockets, Can anyone tell me elight how this set up. Do I need a board for other components, resistors, etc., to correct the voltage? Any help would be great! Thanks
