What kind of steel wire for solar landscape (LED) wire replacement?
got this from Costco online: Westinghouse Deluxe Spotlight (model # 371 102-78R) i have limited product information on it, I know, the LED bulb is equal to 5 watts and the batteries are 1200mAh Lithium … and installed the cord that did not come is like an RCA cable thickness (Red / Yel / Whi but only one of the three), but a rat chewed the cable so I have to fix it and splice it .. I wanted to go one ft. Extra fee of 10 m instead of the standard 6 … Any idea what I can get cable (I can see Home Depot / Lowes will sell it), but I just want some on eBay or Amazon .. do not know what to look for pressure gauge, etc. .. regular string looks like nothing more than the wire inside speaker cable. Thank you!
I would Approved # 14 or # 12 gauge wire and make sure the insulation for "direct burial" is. Also, if you splice the wire with a splice kit suitable for the purpose. need for the amount of wire I would just go buy what you want because you will pay for the shipping on the need of Price for a small amount of wire when it online.
